6. No refund or replacement policy: Rainbow Reefer, we stand behind the quality of our coral and are committed to ensuring that our customers receive healthy and thriving specimens. In the unlikely event that you receive a coral that is DOA (Dead On Arrival), we ask that you provide us with a clear picture of the coral within two hours of delivery. Our expert team will promptly review the situation and advise you on the best course of action. If the coral is confirmed to be DOA, we will take the correct steps immediately to replace the item or issue store credit, ensuring that our customers are always satisfied with their purchases. 
7. Limitation of Liability: Rainbow Reefer will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of any products on our website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the product in question.
